I honestly had a good service with Tire Kingdom. Was travelling through Florida headed back home. The tire pressure light came on and I found this place. They got me in without an appointment on a Saturday, made me feel welcome, educated me on the "TPMS" function, congratulated me for my prompt action in getting off the highway and seeking action, and kept me updated in the whole process. I was treated so well there that I looked up the closest Tire Kingdom where I live, and plan to give them a try when I've the need.
Seth was quick witted and knowledgeable, and Stephen is very informative and excellent at deescalating the situation. His calm demeanor and Barry White radio voice soothes you. He is just so calm and takes all the anger from the stressful situation, packs it up, and sits it to the side. You end up looking at him, looking at the situation, then calming to his level.

Around 4:30 on a Saturday evening is the worst time to have a flat tire. Not only do most shops close at 5:00, but tires for a Model Y Tesla are hard to find. After calling around 4 or 5 places (none had my tire size) it was suggested by one shop to call Mavis. Called them and they actually had my tire. Even had 4 of them. Told them I was at that point about 15 minutes away (it's now about 4:45) and they said they would wait for me. I pumped up the tire and watched the pressure as I drove there. They were waiting for me as I drove in. Jonathan got the job going and even said they would do a second front tire if I wanted to keep the tread depth the same on both fronts, which I did. He and his team were wonderful. They finished about 20 minutes PAST their closing time. And the price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend them for tire service.

I was around when Mavis Tire on Battleground Ave in Greensboro, NC was in construction. I wondered what this place would be unaware of what business was actually coming. Well, today I was able to experience exactly what this place would be for the community. The staff Del and Taurus were the best in customer service that I’ve experienced at any shop. They understood what I needed, made sure to help me in every way to not only obtain the best service in town but to also make sure that I could afford to have the service completed.
The professionalism and hospitality was above and beyond my expectations. Superb! Our community is very blessed to have Mavis Tire here to service our vehicles. I know that if I need any service done in the future that I can trust and rely on Mavis Tire because they have hired the best associates to take care of their customers! Thank you Del and Taurus for being so helpful and making this experience seamless and well worth every penny spent!

I am writing to express my profound appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Mr. Jeff ** and his team at the Mavis Tire & Brakes location in Rockmart, Georgia. My experience at this establishment significantly exceeded my expectations and merits recognition. In August 2023, I purchased new tires for my 2018 Mazda 3 from another Mavis location and soon encountered persistent issues with the vehicle vibrating at speeds above 50 mph. Despite attempts to resolve this at another service provider, the problem worsened, leading me to visit the newly opened Mavis store in Rockmart on April 27, 2024.
Upon explaining the ongoing issues to Mr. **, he promptly initiated a diagnostic process, involving a test drive and a thorough inspection by his mechanics. It was quickly discovered that the tires were improperly balanced due to excessive weights. Under Mr. **'s direction, his team corrected the issue efficiently and demonstrated the adjustments to me, ensuring I understood the resolution. What stood out most was Mr. **'s insistence on waiving the fees for the service, emphasizing customer satisfaction above all. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication to service excellence were evident and greatly appreciated, especially given my initial frustration.
The quality of service and genuine care exhibited by Jeff and his team have firmly established my trust in Mavis Tire & Brakes, Rockmart, as my go-to service provider. This experience starkly contrasts with my recent visit to another service outlet, where the issue was overlooked. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Jeff Irwin and his team. I wanted to shout out to Tim and the team at Tuffy Tire and Auto Service in Wesley Chapel Fl. I needed to get a key repair done on my car in advance of a long trip. Isaac ** the store manager of the Ossining shop has to be one of the most helpful and caring workers I have ever encountered at the various locations in which I’ve used as a longtime customer of Mavis Tire. He make sure all of my concerns are taken care of and just also a very pleasant person to deal with. I used to go to the Yorktown store and have my car serviced there but since you moved him to Ossining as a store Manager it’s worth my time to travel further to have the best customer experience knowing Isaac is there.
