Risk Advisor -Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM)

Join us as a Risk Advisor in Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM), where you'll play a pivotal role in driving excellence in clinical trials. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape risk management strategies and lead the implementation of RBQM processes, all while collaborating with top-tier professionals in this industry.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Charge: Steer clinical trial teams through the intricacies of RBQM, providing expert guidance and training that elevate our risk management practices.
• Strategic Advising: Work closely with study teams to craft robust risk plans, ensuring a collaborative approach that enhances overall risk management.
• Risk Assessment: Contribute to the identification and analysis of potential risks, setting thresholds, and developing effective mitigations and performance indicators.
• Monitoring Excellence: Assist in determining monitoring requirements aligned with study and site-specific risks, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Seasoned Professional: 5+ years clinical research, you bring a wealth of knowledge from CRO or pharmaceutical settings.
• Risk Management Expert: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in creating risk-based monitoring plans, risk-based quality management, or central monitoring.
• Influential Leader: Proven ability to lead and inspire across various functions and cultures, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Tech-Savvy Analyst: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical skills, and an aptitude for data analytics.
• Communicator Extraordinaire: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• Detail-Oriented Thinker: Keen strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous approach to managing data trends and risks.
• Self-Starter: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capability to prioritize and deliver results independently.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of FDA, EMA, and ICH GCP regulations, with experience in Phase 1-3 clinical studies and various functional areas of study teams.
